Running late this week - so it's three posters and no words! Hope the choices can speak for themselves...
Until next post, you Can Poke Me With A Fork, Cause I Am Outta Here!
I love the suggestive 'hand across her bosom ' in the Son of Kong poster.. .the imagination runs wild! The Lawnmower Man sheet is great, too; probably from the last year or so of interesting poster design before 'big heads' became the dominating art style. I always liked Jeff Fahey... glad to see he is having something of a genre comeback in the last couple of years.
ReplyDeleteThe imagination runs wild indeed! I agree on The Lawnmower Man poster - right there at the tail end of the now bygone era. There are still some cool posters here and there - but not like the old days, when they all seemed to be very cool.
DeleteThese are brilliant posters Craig and the Lawnmower Man poster's a lot better than the movie.
ReplyDeleteIt really is. That's another movie where you have to wonder - how did they get from THAT short story - to THAT movie?
DeleteCerberus looks interesting...
ReplyDeleteI fear it's a standard issue Syuh Fyuh CGI-fest - but with the right people in front of or behind the camera (or both) it might just be a fine little picture!
DeleteAugh. Lawnmower Man. Why put King's name on it if they're not gonna feature a nude satyr and his trusted killer lawnmower?
ReplyDeleteAs for Cerberus...why do I feel like backing up slowly away from this title?
