Mass media musings and pop culture nonsense filtered through the brainpan of yours truly, with a special focus on the line of dialogue most used in film!
My screenwriting gig has popped up again - draft five is underway - so three posters as usual but no other words from me today. Enjoy the cool posters though!
Until next post, you Can Poke Me With A Fork, Cause I Am Outta Here!
Good stuff this week, Craig ! Screams of a Winter Night is a pretty cool little low budget anthology and I've always liked Frankenstein 1970 (even though hardly anyone else does). Plus you got Beginning of the End - Bert I. Gordon giant bugs !
I have never seen Screams - but that poster and you calling it cool has put it on my track down list! I liked Frankenstein 1970 when I saw it on my Creature Feature show way back as a kid - but here's a great look at my small town Midwest naivete - I knew Boris Karloff had died in 1969 - so I was totally confused as to how he could have been in this movie in 1970 - because I believed that if they put 1970 in the title it totally meant it was made that year - it was a long time later that I found out the movie had actually been made in the late 50's. *sigh*
Thank you for that - I actually finished it yesterday - I will take one more look at it tomorrow or the next day, then turn it in at the end of the week. I so love the old movie posters!
