Martine Beswick most certainly would, so we will choose this one for tonight...
The fourth James Bond movie - and the first produced after the wild success of Goldfinger the previous year. Broccoli and Saltzman threw serious money into the production this time - and this truly is one of the biggest 007 movies.
Of course I love it and will watch it any time - and it resides in the video vault in the Bond 50 Blu-Ray set ready to spin - even tonight, if you care to come check it out with me!
Until next post, you Can Poke Me With A Fork, Cause I Am Outta Here!
One of my faves as well. Sean Connery is James Bond and always will be. No offense to Daniel Craig who is definitely First Runner Up in Bond coolness.
ReplyDeleteI like all of the Bonds - but Connery was the first - no matter who else plays the role - Connery is always first (not counting that live TV adaptation from 1954).
DeleteI love most of the Bond films, and I have to agree, Sean Connery is the best James Bond.
ReplyDeleteJaws (Richard Kiel) is my favourite villain.
I am a big Jaws fan too. He and Oddjob tie for best henchman.
DeleteWinter Moon, I love your name! Yes, Jaws, the villain, Rocks the Casbah!
ReplyDeleteIt is a great name and we're a bunch of Jaws loving folk!
DeleteI haven't gotten to this one yet, but hey, I only started watching James Bond last year. I'm very much enjoying the series so far. Glad to see you got your issues solved, Craig!
ReplyDeleteIs there a chance of a 007 series over at the Attic as you work your way through the series? Could be fun...
DeleteI think so, but maybe not 'til next year. I'll definitely be re-watching these films...
