Maniacal Movie Poster Monday #124!

The Big Mouth  (Columbia Pictures, 1967)

I have gone back in forth in my life in appreciating Jerry Lewis. I'm back to appreciating him - and I'm starting to check out all of his movies. This one is still in the To Watch pile.

The Green Hornet  (Universal Studios, 1940)

Here's a poster advertising a movie serial - I've seen this one - I love serials, so you know I'm going to say this is very cool!

For a Few Dollars More  (United Artists, 1967)

I enjoy a good western now and again, and I particularly like Sergio Leone's "Man with No Name" trilogy. I'm also very fond of the color scheme on this poster! This one was released in Italy in December 1965, but did not make it to the United States until mid 1967!

Until next post, you Can Poke Me With A Fork, Cause I Am Outta Here!

  1. The bra in that Lewis poster is defying gravity and that Green Hornet poster is a million times better than the whole movie with Seth Rogen.

    1. Good eye on the lingerie, Maurice! I have heard the recent Green Hornet wasn't much good!

  2. Yes, avoid the new Green Hornet at all costs. Love Eastwood and his work with Leone. I can't get enough of watching them on Western Saturdays on AMC. My dad had all of Eastwood's films, I often think he would have been over the moon with Gran Torino.

    1. I will make it my new hobby to continue skipping the recent Green Hornet movie! I think your dad would have thought Gran Torino rocked too.
