City of the Walking Dead (21st Century Film Corporation, 1983)
Not a spin-off from the hit AMC series, but an Italian flick shot in 1980 and released here three years later - and featuring creatures that - like
28 Days Later - are technically still alive and run! It's still a zombie movie to me though!
