The Video Vault of Mora Tau 10/4/13!
Let's get some cool video cooking in this Halloween Post-a-Thon!
It's time for the two First Families of Fright from 1960's TV!
I dearly love both of these shows!
Until the next post, roughly 24 hours from now - you Can Poke Me With A Fork, Cause I Am Outta Here!
I LOVE The Addams Family. This may sound weird, but looking back now it seems like Morticia & Gomez were the only 60's sitcom couple that actually acted like they had sex (well maybe Darren & Samantha also).
I love both shows for different reasons, so it's not a contest. There was an old episode of Cheers where they had to break up a fight between lovers of Addams Family and Munsters. LOL
I love those shows! Brings back childhood memories. Morticia was stunning in her long black death dress. She would cut the flowers off the roses leaving only the thorny stems and Gomez would kiss her arm all the way to her neck. He was so romantic. I also got a kick out of Wednesday's headless doll and Lurch''s "You rang" line. Oh, yes... and Thing ROCKED! The Musters was fun but I liked the Addams Family better.

ReplyDeleteI completely agree, Dick! Those two were rutting like rabbits every time the camera turned away!

ReplyDeleteThey are both marvelous shows - I'm equal in my affection for them. Did you know Thing was played by Ted "Lurch" Cassidy's hand in the show?
