Feature film version due out soon with Denzel Washington (!) I might have preferred him in a remake of that one up above! I just checked out the trailer and it actually looks like a pretty decent, watchable thriller... The Equalizer 2000 poster features so much ACTION!!! it might explode at any minute. Depending on your taste for trash you'll either be foaming at the mouth to seek this out or give it a wide berth, personally the trailer was enough excitement for me. This one looks like it was shot in a dusty nondescript quarry and despite me thinking this was Italian (á la Fists of Steel), it seems to be a US-Philippine production... At first couldn't locate a trailer for Frightmare, one promising lead wound up being a clip of the great Pete Walker film of the same name, but a little perseverance paid off and I found a lo-fi preview under the title of The Horror Star - dreadful title. I can see the Children Shouldn't Play With Dead Things analogy right there but this one looks like a bit of a dud. Fantastic looking poster though, reminds me of the poster for Squirm with a touch of Evil Dead and could easily be an old school metal record sleeve...Weshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10502948357255970132noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2721496858742471361.post-64466635616299070322014-07-29T13:56:09.527-04:002014-07-29T13:56:09.527-04:00I remember a TV show in the 70s or 80s called The ...I remember a TV show in the 70s or 80s called The Equalizer.
