And I like Dalton - so in the end I'm glad they waited to hire him - he was perfect for the role in 1995 - and for the next seven years after that. You're right - this 007 flick does have a hell of a cast! In addition to those talents you listed - you get Robbie Coltrane, Joe Don Baker, and the always amazing Desmond Llewelyn in there too!Craig Edwardshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06037542638067599437noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2721496858742471361.post-19824070088154005972012-12-30T02:38:11.123-05:002012-12-30T02:38:11.123-05:00Golden Eye was awesome and it was Pierce doing the...Golden Eye was awesome and it was Pierce doing the role he was meant to at last. Didn't Remington Steele commitments keep him from doing Bond at the time Dalton was picked? I thought I remember reading something about that. And Dame Judi burst onto the scene as M. Hell to the Yeah! So many great actors in this... Famke before Jean Gray, Sean Bean, my lovely Boromir and the stupendous Alan Cumming, one of my very favorite actors.
